Mambo Maui: One Year of Big Moves in Paia

It’s wild to think that when we launched our breakfast in Paia menu back in March 2024, Café Mambo was still finding its groove. Fast-forward to late 2025 and we’ve got a full-day lineup that’s become a Paia staple—morning lattes, chill lunches, vibey dinners, and a happy hour that hits just right.

Morning Energy: Breakfast + Lunch

Our breakfast in Paia scene blew up fast. People come through for that Breakfast Burrito with house-made habanero jelly and an iced oat-milk latte—perfect pre-surf fuel or a late-morning hang. Bright windows, great playlists, zero rush.

Nights Turned Up: Dinner Service

By November 2024, we couldn’t ignore the momentum. Dinner landed with bold flavors and a casual-cool vibe. Think cocktails with personality and plates made to share—ideal for date nights or crew meetups.

Golden Hour Goals: Happy Hour

Then in March 2025, we dropped Happy Hour and it’s been a no-brainer ever since. Signature drinks, small bites, and the perfect excuse to linger while the sky goes Technicolor.
